INEPT GOA CRIME BRANCH by Willie M. Severes, Majorda (Dubai)

The state government has handed over the Balli violence case to the Crime Branch, wherein two innocent lives were lost during the attack. Recent reports have shown that the crime branch has 173 cases pending from 2008-2010.
The most common cases pending are the Nadia Torrado death case (No charge sheet is filed till now), illegal mining case at Corgao (Pernem) involving NCP national secretary Jitendra Deshprabhu, and the corruption case against Churchill Alemao by Mickey Pacheco.
The surprising part is that there are no convictions in these three years. This shows that the crime branch is incapable of handling sensitive cases, and is taken care of by our politicians. Otherwise, why did the home ministry cancelled the order of IPS Officer heading the Balli incident case within thirty minutes of its appointment?
And with the amount of cases involving high-profile politicians pending with the crime branch, the Balli case will too die a silent death, if the attacks were politically motivated.

These are not cases rather eye wash just to cover up the real culprit and to show public that Govt. is taking some initiative nd concerned about the happening. This is jungle law and no way different from what is happening in Bihar. Worst ever Govt. born in Goa's history.
