JMFC RESERVES ORDER ON MICKKY'S LAPTOPS & MOBILES

MARGAO: The Judicial Magistrate First Class, Margao has reserved orders in the application filed by former tourism minister Mickky Pacheco for release of his laptops and mobiles phones.
The matter came up for hearing before the JMFC on Wednesday, wherein the CBI vehemently opposed release of the seized laptops and mobile phones, saying they have been dispatched to the forensic laboratory for investigations.
On the other hand, Pacheco’s lawyer, Adv Srikant Nayak pointed out that no purpose will be served in the investigations as the Crime branch had recently maintained that the cell phones has no call details. Saying that the crime branch had seized the mobile phones during investigations into Nadia Torrado death case, Adv Nayak said the investigations later showed there’s no call detail on the phones. After going through the arguments, the JMFC has reserved her orders to October 8 (HD)

When big criminals are out and moving freely why is John Fernandes still languishing inside the jail. Release all criminals and or suspects out unless provven guilty by the courts which will never happen in Goa.
