CALANGUTE: Two persons have been arrested on Thursday by the Anjuna Police in connection with the murder of Samprit Malwankar at Anjuna Samprit aged 23 a resident of Gumal Vaddo, Anjuna was shot to death by an unknown assailant on Wednesday at about 07:30 PM in a bar.
Anjuna Police have arrested two suspects, Ajit Kambli and Laxman Salgaonkar. The duo have been remanded to eight days police custody for further investigations. The body of the victim Samrpit was handed over to his relatives for final rites. Calangute Police are investigating the case.
