PANJIM: A vehicle belonging to a family member of Public Works Department ( PWD) minister Churchill Alemao was involved in rash and negligent driving, endangering of human life at Colva. The black Honda CRV has been attached by the Colva police.
Julios Vaz lodged a complaint with the Colva police last Friday that on June 30 at about 7.45 am a black CRV dashed against a motorcycle that was parked on the side at Piqueno, Pulwado, at Benaulim. The complainant alleged that his nephew, who was on the parked vehicle was injured and had to be admitted to Hospicio hospital in Margao. He was injured on the leg and nose.
The complainant further said that his nephew couldn't see who the driver was as he fled away from the place. The Colva police have attached the vehicle and registered a case against unknown persons under various sections of the Motor Vehicles Act. "No arrests have been made yet as the driver of the vehicle is to be confirmed," said a senior police official. As per the directorate of transport records, the vehicle belongs to Fatima Alemao, and was registered with the Panjim RTO in February 2008. - TNN

One eyewitness told me immediately after the accident, that the relative of Churchill was not bothered to attend to the injured and wanted to escape from there, which he did. he only kept saying that he is related to Churchill.
Since Churchill is the PWD Minister, all his relatives think they own all the roads in Goa and they can drive on them as and how they want to.

South Goan voters have made sure the Alemaos own Goa, They do what they feel like in Goa, they use Churchill's name foe certain. When the younger Alemaos visit the casino at Zuri White Sands the place is tense with hatred.
Except for Churchill's father who died in mysterious circumstances (??), the rest of the family are Crooks and Criminals.
