PONDA: Colem police say that they await the discharge of Janardhan Kokre from hospital, in order to continue investigation into the Molem murder case. Kokre was found in an unconscious state on the Mandovi Bridge on June 22, and is currently under medical treatment at the Goa Medical College and Hospital, Bambolim.
"We are hoping to get some important clues from Kokre, which could lead us to the accused. However, this will be possible only after he is discharged from hospital", a senior police officer said. The murder came to light after a charred human body was found at Borkotto–Molem on April 10.
