GOA POLICE SEEKS PERMISSION TO BRING UNDERTRIAL HOME WHO WAS ARRESTED IN BANGALORE

PANJIM: The Goa police have sought the home department's permission to send a team to Bangalore to bring to Goa undertrial Ralf Fernandes who was arrested there on June 7. 
"We have moved a file requesting permission to send one police sub-inspector and two constables from the Agacaim police station to bring him back," said Panjim sub-divisional police officer Deu Banaulikar. Fernandes, 23, was arrested by the Colva police for his involvement in a theft case and was lodged at Sada jail. He gave police the slip when he was taken to GMC, Bambolim, for a check-up on January 5. - TNN

I wonder if Goa Police apply a lot of "GREASE " and "OIL" to Prisoners being escorted to Courts or Hospitals.
These Prisoners seem to "SLIP OFF " easily.
However I personally think the Police are actually well "GREASED".I am talking about "monetary"  grease here.
