PANJIM: Goa Crime Branch has sought non-bailable arrest warrants from a local court against two persons who were allegedly involved in Bali violence and have been missing since. Police are looking for Narendra Faldesai, who had allegedly attacked MLA Ramesh Tawadkar and Prashant Faldesai, who was the part of the mob that burnt alive the tribal leaders Manguesh Gaonkar and Dilip Velip during an agitation on May 25.
Police spokesman, John Aguiar, said both the accused were still missing, despite look-out circular issued against them. "We have moved the Magistrate's Court at Quepem, pleading for non-bailable warrants against the both," he said.
Crime Branch last week arrested Dipak Faldesai in the case. He has been remanded to 15 days' police custody.

It is a shame Goa is no longer a peaceful place, Where is Naguesh Karmali why can't they boycott taking taxpayers money? For The misery they have brought to Goa they should be hanged by their testicles if they have any.
this crime branch has all the non qualified staff because of the wrong reservation policy that continues existing in a vibrant and civilized goa.do we need reservation now after 50 years of independence,????. have a personal look at the bank balance of these prakash velip, tawadkar and you will know that many of us are poorer then them.
these civilized velip and goankar have come to ask for more reservation in the government job only to bring in more misery to them and us. also note that there are many doctors from reservation category who have less than 50 % medical knowledge and who conduct the autopsy and come very often to the conclusion that murders are natural deaths.this is what happened to the autopsy report of the two utta activist who were murdered.
the goan people should say enough to the reservation and bring in people who are qualified for the job. let us stop begging and believe in our capabilities to bring true justice to all.
