Who is bearing the cost of these trips to Delhi -( Colonial capital)  Is it the tax payers ? Instead of all these people going there,  the two idiots from Delhi could have come down to Goa. It would have been much cheaper. This is the price Goans pay when they elect MLA's from national parties.
