MARGAO: Churchill Alemao today reiterated that the Benaulim MLA and ex-tourism minister is likely confused and out of mind on the disqualification petitioned filed against him and Reginaldo. Churchill further ridiculed Mickky Pacheco's confused mind saying that Pacheco does not know whether he should withdraw the petitions or file them.
Churchill further said that earlier Pacheco had withdrawn the petition giving the reason that he was pressured by some people to file the same. Churchill also said the presently Pacheco is in a confused state of mind. Churchill confirmed that the SGF was merged into Congress after completing all the formalities and that it was done as per procedures laid down the constitution.

Chorchill I am sure that you don't know how to spell constitution. Don't tell us you followed the procedures . Are you trying to tell us the Election Commission is wrong ?
