Shortly after India’s forced annexation of Goa the then US President late John F. Kennedy referring to the perception, especially in the West, that India had previously been lecturing the world about the virtues of nonviolence, told the Indian ambassador to the US, “You spent the last fifteen years preaching morality to us, and then you go ahead and act the way any normal country would behave.... People are saying, the preacher has been caught coming out of the brothel.”
Drawing a striking similarity, The LOO Manohar Parrikar who is now gunning for Monseratte’s head, during his stint as chief minister with Monseratte as his minister had driven to his house, when Income Tax sleuths had raided it and tried to stop the raid. It is alleged that Parrikar had threatened them for not seeking his permission before the raid. It did not stop there, the CBI office in Goa was shut. Therefore, the fundamental duty of all rational Goans is to caution themselves and their loved ones on the unreliable, unfit and treacherous preacher. Goans have to think not twice but million times before electing communal fundamentalists who have the potential to unleash worst atrocities that world saw Godhra and innocent Graham Staines highly symbolic of internal terrorism, genocide and crimes against women, innocent children and humanity.

I have always said that Manohar Parrikar should not be trusted at all. He is a snake in the grass. He is an RSS personnel. Just because he is in the opposition he tries to talk sense. If he comes to power, other religions will have to run away. He is pretending to be a Goan
Indian's were crooks, are crooks and will remain as crooks in history no doubt in it. Nehru had his crook mind much before India could get Independence, one day he should invade Goa. Well, it started with ba..srd Nehru and Malbari Menon themselves, these very same people proclaimed to world that Indians are non-violent and gained Independence through non-violence and went on to preach the same to others. But when his time and greed came haunting him these very same people acted violently against peacefull non-violent Goa. The man with double face showed his true color to world. Indians were and are talking against British rule as harsh and iron handed but what India did to Goa can anyone explain?. I dare to self made freedom fighter and rest to answer this question.
Manohar Parrikar and his party, the BJP, are known to be anti-Christian and also anti-Muslim. They play to the gallery because they need the votes in order to come to power. But once in power, they wil start the attack on the "minorities". As Monserrate himself has put it: he is sen as a threat for the Panaji Assembly seat and elections are not too far away.
We are not worried about anybody any more as all the politicians will be under scanner when Lokyat Bill comes to existance. As the state will be corruption free all the 40 chors will show their interest somewhere else. They were in to politic, not to serve the people but to cheat the people.
Every politician in Goa to date have never been honest, but crooks supporting criminals in arms. BJP and Congress are not of Goan interest they have manged to gain a foothold in Goa because we are placid and believing. Most of all we are never united against the enemy, but love fighting within.
You are right and wrong; we Goans have not voted these corrupt Politicians, as you know Goa has a present population of somewhat around 1. 4 Million People, from that around 500 K are the real citizens of Goa /Portugal. The rest are all Bailos or Ghantties, which do not belong to the Goan culture.
So nearly a million people are a vote bank to these corrupt politicians, these corrupt politicians win because of these Ghantti votes. The present corrupt politicians do not represent Goa nor its true citizens, These present corrupt politicians from the invader Indian parties represent these Ghantties and their Ghantti language, be it Urdu, Hindi, Kannad still worse Marathi.
I’d say as these corrupt politicians do not represent us, why not have an opinion poll, we stopped traitors like Bandorkar killing us completely; we can also stop the corrupt politicians from ruining our Konkani completely. I’m sure an Opinion poll will get rid of Urdu, Hindi, Kannad and Marathi once and for all.
Let’s have an opinion poll, our children and the future of Goa should not be in the hands of traitors or the corrupt politicians and their invader Indian parties.
