A well planned move by Ravi Naik and Digambar Kamat. Both the looters of Goa, one an Uneducated (5th class) looter and the other an Educated looter. What a pair!
No Wonders that they got ready to hand over the police-drugs-politician nexus case to the CBI. Having carefully to transfer their pet dog the DIG Bassi, who would in turn cover them up and the whole idea is to save Roy Naik and Crook Chandrakant Salgaonkar. They must have already loaded the pockets of Bassi to do the necessary.
WELL DONE DIGAMBAR KAMAT AND RAVI NAIK. You two scum bags do not try to fool the Goans.

A wonder-bar idea, by Kamatov and Naikovich to save Naikovich's son Roystoy Naikovich from the law. Kamatov and Naikovich who are you two buffons trying to fool hum? You think we are 5th class dropouts of Motorcycle pilots like you or Matka bookies like you. Day time Pilot and night time giving matka slips? You two blundering buffoons your days are numbered. Start your count down and Kamtov you prepare to go and live at Monte dongor slums which you have built for your ghantti air force.

Call them anything they are shameless. The word shame is not on their vocabulary. Of course the Pilot Naik will know nothing about what is the meaning of vocabulary. Ask him and he may think it is the matka slip book. One is a donkey and the other is a buffalo.

According to a reliable source, it was revealed that Bassi upon reaching Goa was infact asked that all collection made by the police on a daily basis should be declared and shared. He was more interested in Casinos and all the owners were called dealt with. True, Matka Naik and Paigambar of Monte Dongor know well that Bassi is their tool to eliminate the opponents. Jivba Dalal aka Dalvi is the collector of alms for the police.

I am not sure; but CBI does not come under the State Government but the Central Government. So the Central Government has to issue orders. If they do, it automatically means the Central Ministers also are hand in glove with the drug nexus.

Our Goa ministers get a backing from the centre for their evil deeds. Therefore it's not surprising this transfer has come about. Some of the drug money must have reached the MPs pockets too.

Is it co-incidence or planned technique to transfer Drugs nexus case to CBI and criminal nature DGP as Deputy Director of CBI? Ravi Hashish Naik seems too clever to in order to save his son Roy as well to continue drugs business in Goa.CBI is a failed agency as they could not convict a single person handed over to them in Goa and remember what type of investigation one expect when they have criminal attitude person like Bhassi.

I am shocked to see the comments regarding Bhim sain Bassi,D.G.P. Goa Police ,he was 2 year senior to us in school and i can tell from our experience and interaction he is not a corrupt officer but an upright officer as far as his tenure with Delhi Police is concerned! I totally disagreed with comments of other netizens1
