MARGAO: The Sessions court on Thursday granted permission to Conrad Torrado, brother of deceased Nadia, to travel for Singapore.While granting Conrad’s application, the Court, however has directed him to appear before the Investigating officer as and when required and to appear before the court at the time of filing of chargesheet.
Conrad’s lawyer, Adv Antonio Clovis da Costa said that the Court, while granting application of his client, has also directed Conrad to give to the investigating agency his residential address in Singapore.
He further said that his client is required to deposit his passport after returning from Singapore. The court had earlier directed the Crime branch to hand over passport to Conrad to travel to Singapore for the purpose of employment.
