What .... burden of over five lakhs a month on the State exchequer?
If these words "State exchequer" were as simple as to understand A, B, C and D, the Goan population would have risen from their slumber and revolted against each other. They all, are in agreement that they have faulted in voting these electives in wrong places hence, the silence, no one cares.
