The branch office was listed as his residence at Betalbatim too.I had posted a comment on GoaNews (on line magazine) in July informing Mickky has registered Bresources Management in Luxenburgh in 2009 along with his Partner Viola and a Mr Shaik. If Bresources was closed down in 2006, whay was it registered in 2009 in Luxenburgh?.The only reason for registering a company in Luxenburgh is for Tax reasons and money laundering as I suspected.Banks all over the world have had to relax their strict Banking Privacy laws .Obviously Mickky thinks he is excluded from this due to his larger than life "EGO". Mr Pacheco should wake up from his belief that he can bluff the intelligence of every Goan and buy his way around them.His mantra when caught is"THIS IS A POLITICAL FRAME UP" .He cannot add up the sums of his "MISDEEDS" and Criminal activities.

The Company may particularly use its funds for the setting-up, the management, the development and the disposal of a portfolio consisting of any securities and patents of whatever origin, participate in the creation, the development and the control of any enterprise, acquire by way of contribution, subscription, underwriting or by option to purchase and any other way whatever, any type of securities and patents, realise them by way of sale, transfer, exchange or otherwise, have developed these securities and patents.
The Company may borrow in any form whatever.
The Company may grant to the companies of the group or to its shareholders, any support, loans, advances or guarantees, within the limits of the law of August 10, 1915. Within the limits of its activity, the Company can grant mortgage, contract loans, with or without guarantee, and stand security for other persons or companies, within the limits of the concerning legal dispositions.

This man has a horrific history. His whole life is nothing but a big blot on the map of Goa.
Well done, Mr N Fernandes! I truly believe that your work was what led to this rouge being brought to light. The reality is we do have Goans all over the world that can bring about truth and justice to Goa even it they are not in Goa. All it takes is caring and having a love for OUR GOA. Sadly, I still have people in Goa who have a spell put on them, and believe what this criminal has told them, that he is being framed. It makes me mad, but I feel the truth will come out soon. It always does. It also hurts that this criminal exploited not only our Goa but young Goan youth. Taught them to be a crook like him. He is a disgrace to the Goan race. It is high time people in Goa choose a honest and respectable person, not a shameful thug-gangster like this bogus con crook!
As the saying goes... "dek naslolem dekilem and sol sot chabilem". A big step but a leap to nowhere Mr. Pacheco, looks as though your days are numbered. Find yourself someone for company.
It is always said USA is a land of opportunity, for the honest and criminals alike. The above research accumulated proves that this is more than one man's doing for the purpose of money laundering.
I always wrote about this man in my comments on Herald. Kudos to N Fernandes for bringing out so much more but this is just the tip of the iceberg. Mickey Mouse is involved in more than this. What about the case of him caught in a sex racket in Miami? I remember Mr. N Fernandes brought it out before with details of his arrest and release. Mickey Mouse always thought that he is bigger than his own life, he terrorised people on streets, in his own house. I feel sorry for people who move with and around him. Will these people do the same if one of their own family members is roughed or raped by this crook? As I always said, these people are crumb eaters of this politician and some are beneficiaries of his acts like involvement into sex rackets. Take for example, Mathew Kentuckee, a thug in his own right. This man is known for supplying girls to all high and low profile identities. The actual restaurant was a ice cream parlour of one man called Camara whereas this Mathew worked there as a sales boy, then a taxi driver until he ventured into fake currency and prostitution ring. And jointly with this Mickey Mouse, he ventured into all illegalities including turning the Tourism land into his own name.
Kalekar, the man who was shouting slogans outside the Sessions court and as seen on the local TV is just a hired boy, just like rent a car or rent a mob. But whoever has seen this guy shouting on the TV will think otherwise and this is what publicity stunt is. People like this rickshaw puller should be kicked in public for spreading false image of this monster Mickey Mouse.
Mickey’s other accomplices includes people like Bakia Menino who does nothing for a living except extortion and even managed to built a posh bungalow, he is like an attached toilet of this politician and can be seen taking all his shit everywhere. To end with, the list is endless but it is time for this politician to shed his dirty skin. Though one man from Nuvem who recently got elected as a member of Zilla admitted that he will never allow his own wife to share the dais with Mickey shows how people are afraid of this monster but politics make them strange bedfellows. It is not a distant dream that people will see this mouse on the streets back with his bandana on a Bullet.

We need to dig up more on what happened to Mickkey's Key Biscayne village scandal. More follow up is likely to come soon as the Key Biscayne village council in Miami Dude County is investigation the various allegations levelled against Pacheco.
Some Goan boys who were sent illegally to Miami were arrested by the police and have blamed Mickkey for putting them in trouble.
Mickkey cannot escape this time.
