Who says there are no Drugs available in Goa?

Ravi is right. There are no drugs available anywhere in Goa.  If any one wants, Goa police is the only authorised retailer.  Please visit their duty-free counter.

Well the drugs are worth 55,000 INR (£765) - the local police have demanded 72000 INR (£1000) just to allow his family to see him and allow them to get a lawyer involved..... corruption is rife in the police... this 72000 will be the first of many payments to be paid before the case reaches the courts - add in the 3 or 4 years wait for the case to come forward - the 250,000 INR in legal fees and a further 250,000 INR in court fees... and the rest...

I do not beleive in the use of drugs but sadly the "culture" in this area of India is rife with it and the corruption that it brings to all involved on both sides of the law.
