The victim should thank God that he was not dragged under the truck wheels. Mining should be stopped once and for all. The truck drivers drink and drive and make accidents. Mining only destroys life and environment.
It does not look like a pretty site, surprise to know the drive injured but safe. Drink and drive plays a major role in most accidents which sometimes leads to fatality. This is the result of having illiterate ministers rule Goa and cannot make decisions for our safety.
