Been keenly following all comments on the Herald and decided to take a peek under the carpet myself. May have just stumbled on a skeleton from his closet. Run a search for Francisco Pacheco at the above link and see what comes up. I couldn't decipher the conclusions or proceedings to well but the charge itself is shameful enough in my opinion.
People of Goa, Wake up! The lust and desire for money and it's related evils goes only as far as the grave. Learn to live with a clean conscience. Look not left or right to look for the conspicuous differences in one another, but rather learn to look at the hidden yet obvious similarities we all share. We are all humans first (rational beings), religions, castes, and all other classifications (man made) come later or as believed by me irrelevant. The biggest change can only be when we all change our way of thinking. The much needed change has to come first from within us to then spread outward to others. O lovely Goa! Where hast thou lost thy very essence!
ASLDS!
